Returns & Exchanges
At Shop Cento, we strive to provide the freshest gourmet products, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned but may be eligible for a replacement if they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and fall under our non-perishable return category.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
